For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology

The X-Cats want to dedicate the 2012 FLR Championship to the memory of Gene Wicks, founding mentor of the X-Cats. Gene had a gentle soul, an indomitable spirit, and an infectious smile. The X-Cats and FIRST Robotics wouldn't be what they are today without him. This one's for you, Gene!

The X-Cats are winners of the 1992 and 1994 Chairman's Awards, the most prestigious award that F.I.R.S.T Robotics presents. Click here to learn why we are a Chairman's Award winner!

The X-Cats students want to thank their mentors for all the time and patience they have invested over the last several months, to bring us to this moment.

Finally, congratulations to all the Engineering mentors on receiving the Motorola Quality award. And especially to Jeff H., who is one of the unsung heros of our team. You deserve this recognition of your service and accomplishments.
